65% of white Americans are entirely incapable of human decency towards non-white human beings.

 

There are more racists white Americans than there are Native and Black people - combined.  

Our Union called, The United States of America, is an abject failure and it's time for us to go our separate ways for a whole host of reasons, not just for racial issues. 

It's time to put in place the legal provisions - a 28th amendment to the constitution of the nation - to give individual states within the republic the right to secede from the union.

It isn't working, it's not going to work, so, let's cut our losses and bring this experiment to an end.

One of the first bills I will forward in the senate will be comprehensive legislation to go our separate ways - I write of it here.  

Have we not the equal political courage that the former Soviet Union had?

Article 72 of their constitution allowed any of the 15 republics of the USSR to leave if they came to the conclusion that it wasn't working - and that's exactly what happened - in 1991.

 

Ethnic Hatred (that which is commonly referred to as racism) will continue in the United States of America - in perpetuity - it is entirely inseparable from whiteness - whites in America have proven (over a 400 + years period) that they are totally incapable of behaving as decent human beings when it comes to people who don't appear to be like them - white.  So, we need to go our separate ways.  

Personally, I've given up on white Americans ever behaving as decent human beings towards black (and Native Americans) a very long time ago.  Growing up in Philadelphia in the mid 60's at the height of the Civil Rights era I witnessed first hand how they'd rather hold onto this evil [white] privilege concept then relinquish any parts of it - however minor.  A mere 35% of white Americans can be regarded as card carrying members of our human family - a mere 35%  (black Americans meeting and knowing of white people like the Jane Elliott's and Tim Wise' are what has kept black people from turning to unmitigated violence to the daily indignities of ethnic hatred that we've dealt with for 4 centuries and counting).  In my life I've known white Americans who think and conduct themselves as they do that should be elevated to sainthood.   Black people are way too thick skinned to American-styled ethnic hatred - the results of meeting the aforementioned white Americans in their lives - but in spite of their daily examples of human decency black people needed to have developed a far more "thin skinned" approach a long, long time ago to whiteness' vile political/social constructs - my skin is rice paper thin to ethnic hatred.    

The writer James Baldwin once said, 'to be black in America is to live in a constant state of rage' - no truer words were ever spoken.   

A "Second Republic" is the only thing left when," it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's god entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.  We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.  That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, - that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.  Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.  But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."     - The Declaration of Independence 

it's well past time to hit the political reset button and go our separate ways (after reparation to Native & Black Americans).  The "First Republic" of the United States of America (1789) was still-birthed. 

Enshrined in The United States of America's political/social DNA is the belief that black and native inhabitants were not to ever be treated as equals in the human sense.  That blacks were nothing more than mere beasts of burden brought here to slave from cradle to the grave, nothing more than animals and were to be treated as such - by law - for as long as the republic existed.   We've granted whites more than enough time to see themselves, yet, no mirror that we've held up to them has made them see the ugliness of their centuries of moral rot.  Through the continuance of ethnic hatred they've shown and will continue to show us exactly who they are, and as the saying goes, "when someone tells you who they are - believe them."    The subsequent years after the enslavement were no better for black Americans (legal lynchings here & here, Jim Crow, Redlining, Racial Covenants) the book on ethnic hatred in America just got slicker and thicker. 

Ofttimes my disdain for this American Republic, for whiteness is deeper for how they continue to treat our native American sisters and brothers than how it has treated black people (missing and murdered indigenous women and girls).  We have in America - for centuries running, predominately white male serial killers going onto Indian reservations and sharpening their craft by raping, then murdering Native women and girls - with zero response from our national government not matter which party is in power.  They've been raping and murdering on Indian reservations with impunity for over 100 years now.  The only thing that Native Americans have gotten from the American government are nearly two centuries of broken promises treaties violated time after time, after time here.  As for that abomination [then] known as the, Buffalo Soldiers, may each and every last one of them have gone to Hell to burn for all eternity.  For any black men knowing only enslavement their whole lives seeing his people finally freed from 246 years of slavery, for them to go and do the same to the Native Americans that was done to him - Hell is where they all belong - in the VIP section awaiting Hitler's arrival (I'd like to think that's where each and each one of them went after death - two of them on my mother's side of the family tree).    Our governments treatment of Native Americans is absolutely unconscionable, and then to have the utter temerity to call out China or any nation on their domestic human rights record regarding their ethnic minority populace - but it's what monumental political hypocrites the world over do.

I asked that you sent me to Washington to introduce the long overdue legislation to allow for any state in our 50 state union to voluntarily leave our union if their state citizenry voices the collective needs to do so.  Even the former USSR/Soviet Union had a provisions in their constitutions that any republic of the USSR/Soviet Union could leave if it so desired (Article 72).  Shouldn't we be at least as politically brave as they were?   

This American Republic needs to do as the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR/Soviet Union) did in 1991 and as the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFR Yugoslavia) did in 1992.   Both were nations that could not maintain political/social cohesion and, saw it for what it was and made the tough but proper decision that it was time to part company.  The USSR broke apart into 15 separate nations - SFR Yugoslavia into six (6) republics (that literally went to war with one another, wars that continue till this very day).   The states of New York, Florida, Texas and California create individual GDP's in the trillions of dollars - they can break away, form their own loosely knit confederation(s) or go it alone. 

Currently, In California there exist several movements to break away from the rest of the republic here & here.  Likewise there is a secessionist movement in Texas, too here.  Across the nation Americans - both blue and red - have come to the political realization that we need to go our separate ways - that what we've built just isn't working and we need to seriously considered breaking up the republic into separate countries here

If nothing has made it more clear and self-evident in the last 22 years (since the presidency of George W. Bush) that we need to separate from one another before it turns to another murderous Civil War, the events of 6th January should have made it clear and self evident to everyone but the blind that we need to end this broken union before it comes to us murdering one another - again.   Separating along the lines that we see on electoral maps for the presidency - with large swaths of red states connected with blue areas scattered about - even congressional districts that sit side by side that are blue and red, we need to separate along social and political lines of agreement and stop this confusion that serves neither groups interests.

I personally no longer wish to live with them and their ceaseless hatreds of black, brown, Asian LGBTQIA, Muslims and whomever else that choose to hate  that day - to call them a "basket of deplorables" is to insult the word.  They're worse than deplorable - they're downright [the] scum of the earth.  

 The French are on their 5th Republic headed towards their 6th Republic (under Emmanuel Macron's failed leadership). We saw the British leave the European Union (Brexit) when things didn't fit, they went there separate way (another nation in deep crisis three prime ministers in one year).

We have sitting in the wings the return of former president Donald John Trump a masterful charlatan, con man, racialist provocateur that will set the Republic aflame were he to be reelected president.  Trump is a person so incredibly racist that when he ran in 2016 all his ethnic hatreds were exposed, on full display yet they voted for him anyway. Flash forward to 2020, he got 12 million more votes than in 2016 - so what does that tell you about America. 
Trump's the first president in the history of the Republic to be impeached twice and the first president in 90 years, since Herbert hoover, to lose both houses of Congress in one term, yet here he is again his base support more invigorated than ever.  Those  events make him the biggest political loser ever in American politics. 
 
So often Donald John Trump because of his admiration for authoritarian characters has been compared to Adolf Hitler, but I believe he's done his homework and he imitates a more obscure autocratic character, Miklos Horthy. But, true to the half homework of most political charlatans Trump didn't realize he needed a militaristic type as a veiled threat sitting in the wings when he didn't get what he wanted from those of us resistant to his filth, he needed what Horthy had - Pal Pronay that would be willing to kill and be killed for the cause(s) that Trump set forth - he's yet to acquire that entity - but, stay tuned. 
 Let's end this madness, let's do one final decent thing, let's sit down and agree that we disagree on the issues most important to the nation as a whole.   We need to write out a new Constitution of the republic -  if it takes 14 years like the birth of the First Republic took - from 1775 - 1789 to get what we have now - three so-called co-equal branches of government - to finalize.  Until that time we can mosey along with loose Articles of Confederation 2.0  (just as before) until we get it finalized as with the First Republic.  The actor Gwyneth Paltrow said of her failed marriage to British musician Chris Martin, that they had decided to, "consciously uncouple" - well, that's what we as a nation of 330 + million inexorably divided Americans need to do ('here is our journey's end' - Othello's last words before his suicide).       
 

We could be, The Republic Of Nevada. 

Lastly, as for our state of Nevada we could form a loose confederation with California, Oregon, and Washington State for issues of trade with one another and the nations of the Pacific.  We 4 share a similar very progressive social/political mindset.  And if Nevada were to have kept the gold and other mineral resources under our feet we would literally be the richest state in this republic  - trillions in gold, literally trillions in gold (here) not to mention silver and all the other minerals that we just give away for pennies on the dollar.  The abhorrent stupidity of it is staggering here

Send me to Washington to get the ball rolling on this issue, be you a Republican or independent let's work together on an issue that we both agree on.  A constitutional amendment to allow any state in the republic to leave should have been instilled before the Civil War and we wouldn't be in this mess 147 years later after that Civil War.  The South would have been able to legally go their separate way and leave the rest of the nation unmolested by the vileness of their political/social beliefs - to grow in the right moral direction.   JFK said that, "an error doesn't become a mistake until you refuse to correct it" - our national refusal to correct this mistake is how we got to now. 

It's time we put the provision there i.e., a constitutional amendment to make it legally permissible for any state in the union to leave of its own accord if their citizenry collectively think it's best.  Republicans don't believe in Women's Rights, Civil/Human Rights, that Climate Change is man-made, Student Debt Relief, Voting Rights, far stricter gun laws (Covid-19 is a conspiracy to take their freedoms away and Critical Race Theory is reverse racism according to them)...... the list of our disagreements go out the door and round the block - so let's stop pretending we'll come to some meet-in-the-middle agreement because that's just pie in the sky.  I don't want to be in the same breathing space with them and their endless craziness.  Let's put the provision there and see how it plays out.
